Mission Statement

To educate and empower underrepresented students and community members through positive community engagement. We aim to solve and create awareness of community issues that impact growth and sustainability both domestically and abroad.

Our Philosophy...

The key to improving thinking is to improve your Emotional Intelligence.

What we think guides our actions and activities is the driving force of leadership and transformation in education. Follow The Leader Foundation, Inc. promotes the development and increase in Emotional Intelligence in order to build a foundation in emotional stability. Developing your Emotional Intelligence will improve critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.  In this 21st Century global society, there is a need to inform, guide, and support people who desire to improve their living conditions through community engagement and personal growth.  We believe in building capacity one step at a time for underserved and low-income communities to give more capacity for access to community resources.

Our Vision...

Our vision is rooted in our philosophy which emphasizes the importance of applying quality thinking skills to action-oriented engagement in order to make a positive impact on individual lives and the global community.  The state of our community is a reflection of the strength of organizations cultivated to develop leadership. Follow The Leader Foundation was created to support the development of leadership across multiple fields and industries with a particular emphasis on health and wellness.
